This price includes heating, food from our menu, toys, treats, basic grooming and lots of cuddles.
Payment is required by bank transfer before your cats' stay and is charged per day, including arrival and collection days. For new customers a £40 deposit is required at the time of booking.
There is a minimum charge equivalent to a three day stay. Cancellations within 14 days of the start of the booking will be subject to full charge and within 28 days a 3 day charge is payable. Owners picking their cat up early will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Deposits may also be needed to secure peak time bookings e.g. school holiday periods and Bank Holidays.
Out of hours pick up/drop off available by prior arrangement only - £30.
